Selena Gomez is officially off the market, and she made sure we all saw the proof.

Last night, the 33-year-old Rare Beauty mogul posted (then quickly deleted) an Instagram Story that sent the internet into meltdown: a cozy mirror selfie wearing Benny Blanco’s oversized vintage tee, no makeup, messy bun, and most importantly, a massive emerald-cut diamond on THAT finger.

Yes, the left-hand ring finger.

The photo was up for less than an hour, but screenshots spread faster than wildfire. Fans immediately spotted the rock, estimated 7-9 carats and worth well over $800,000. By sunrise, “Selena Gomez engaged” was trending worldwide.

Benny Blanco, the 37-year-old super-producer behind hits for Rihanna, Justin Bieber, and half of your Spotify Wrapped, didn’t even pretend to be subtle. Minutes after the chaos, he posted homemade chocolate chip cookies with the caption: “she said yes to these… and also to forever.” The post is still up.

Sources say the couple has been secretly dating since early summer 2025 after reconnecting in the studio for Selena’s upcoming SG3 album. What started as late-night songwriting sessions apparently turned into breakfast dates and never leaving each other’s sides.

This is the same Selena who told Vogue earlier this year she was “really happy being by myself right now.” Eight months later? Plot twist of the year.

The Bieber drama? Right on cue. Hailey Bieber quietly unfollowed Benny on Instagram at 3 a.m., and Justin posted a throwback with Hailey captioned “my everything always.” The timing is… interesting.

Fans are already calling Benny the upgrade Selena deserves. He cooks for her, wears her Rare Beauty blush in TikToks, and reportedly told friends she’s the most talented person he’s ever worked with.

Selena hasn’t commented yet, but she did like a fan post saying “Benny treats her like the queen she is.” That’s basically a press release in Selena-speak.
